We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Financial Adviser or Professional Year Adviser to join our growing team. Whether you’re fully qualified or currently completing your Professional Year, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a supportive, ethical, and client-first environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced advisers and support staff to deliver high-quality financial advice, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
The position is based in our Townsville office and is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial advice strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct client meetings (or support senior advisers in meetings)
Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensee requirements
Assist in preparation of Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)
Stay up to date with industry changes and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Recent graduate or nearing completion of a degree in finance, financial planning, or a related field
For qualified advisers: Relevant experience providing personal financial advice
Strong analytical and communication skills
High attention to detail and a willingness to learn
A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
Commitment to completing the Professional Year requirements (if applicable)
