Duties/Responsibilities Project Coordination and Development Support
Lead preparation activities for new projects, including beginning-of-year (BOY) setup and planning.
Establish and maintain project tracking systems and collaborative workspaces (e.g., MS Teams).
Provide comprehensive support for item development processes by:
Preparing meeting agendas and documenting outcomes, including action items.
Assigning tasks and monitoring progress through dashboards and trackers.
Designing and maintaining project forms and documentation tools.
Managing blueprint documentation and final posting procedures.
Coordinate logistics and scheduling for assessment audits and related activities
Percentage of time 60 Duties/Responsibilities Administrative, Financial, and Operational Support
Manage financial tracking for sponsored project accounts, including:
Processing check requests, budget amendments, journal vouchers, and payroll documentation.
Coordinating travel, operating expenses, requisitions, and payment requests.
Maintain monthly position funding records and assist with payroll reconciliation.
Support inventory control and asset management processes.
Contribute to process improvement by:
Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Participating in evaluations of administrative efficiency and quality.

Assist in the development and organization of professional learning materials and evaluation reports.
Compile and synthesize feedback from professional development sessions to inform future planning.
Support staff training initiatives, including:

Onboarding and training for item writers.
Coordination of conferences, newsletters, and retraining efforts.
