We are a well-established national financial services organisation. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial advice and service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service an existing client base while delivering legally compliant, high-quality financial advice.
Conduct client interviews and reviews in accordance with Fiducian’s Smart Business Practices Manual.
Maintain accurate client data and develop tailored strategies aligned with clients’ current circumstances and long-term goals.
Prepare and present advice documents and financial plans in line with internal processes and regulatory standards.
Actively contribute to business growth by sourcing new clients and participating in marketing activities, including seminars and professional presentations.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products and trends in financial planning.
Complete ongoing training requirements, including Kaplan modules, Professional Development days, and attendance at Fiducian’s Annual Conference.
Support and supervise administrative staff and contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser.
Relevant qualifications in Financial Planning and successful completion of the FASEA exam.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A collaborative and team-focused approach.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ongoing training and professional development will be supported to ensure your continued growth and success in this role.
